The Toolbox has been designed to provide a retailer with all types of resources to help them improve their efficiency; increase their knowledge of the destinations; and improve their sales techniques and profitability.

The Toolbox includes information and short videos from key personnel discussing how to size up customers; efficiently complete a booking and more importantly, close the sale.

It also provides complete information about key destinations as well as short videos and links to multimedia sites.

The Toolbox site will be updated regularly and include new material as it becomes available.

It will also include additions, changes and improvements that are suggested by Retailers.

The site can only be a success if all Stella employees become involved in its evolution.
